Job Opportunity: Contract Systems Analyst (Learning Management)

Our client, a Temporary Industry company based in Northern Ireland, is seeking a Contract Systems Analyst with a focus on Learning Management. This role presents a unique opportunity to work in a small team, comprising 1-10 employees, where your contributions will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct systems analysis to identify areas for improvement in Learning Management systems.
• Support the implementation and integration of new systems and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure effective learning solutions are in place by analyzing user needs and system performance.
• Document processes, workflows, and system changes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in Systems Analysis, particularly in Learning Management systems (Learn365 advantageous)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with implementations related to learning or management solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
