Senior Microsoft Developer (Azure and PowerPlatform)

We are working with a growing Software consultancy. They have specific strengths in product, Microsoft and bespoke Development.

 

They have a key requirement for an experienced Development professional with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure and the Power Platform, to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions that drive business value, leveraging cutting-edge tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

• Build, customise, and extend applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored software solutions.

• Design and implement APIs and integrations with Azure services and third-party systems.

• Maintain adherence to software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.

 

 

Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly in building model-driven and canvas apps, creating Power Automate flows, and developing Power BI dashboards.

  • Solid programming experience in languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

  • Familiarity with data management tools, including SQL Server. Dataverse would be advantageous.

• Understanding of cloud architecture principles and security best practices.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within Agile teams

 

 

Desirbale:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent certifications.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 or SharePoint.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
