Randal McDonnell

Randal has worked in mainstream IT,  from programmer through to project manager, initially as a permanent employee and then as a contractor. Having worked with contractors, hired and managed contractors, and being a contractor himself,  enabled him to understand the value of specialist IT contract skills  and the use of contractors to augment project teams. This led him to set up TSL which was one of the first dedicated IT Recruitment companies  to supply quality IT contract staff. in  Northern Ireland.  He continues  to specialise in supplying quality IT contract staff with Exact IT Resources.

Dermot Boyle

Dermot has worked in the Recruitment and IT Contracting market for over 17 years. He began his career working in Software Development recruitment in London and also managed the IT Division for a large Global Recruitment PLC in Sydney, Australia. On returning to Northern Ireland in 2003, he ran HP’s Contracting Services Division until 2006 when he founded The Recruitment House. In 2010 Dermot co-founded Exact IT Resources with Randal McDonnell.
